Should NAVs vote in the 2026 Democratic Primary?
A resolution is before the DPO State Central Committee that might be the most significant vote we have taken in decades. A yes vote will allow non-affilated voters (NAVs) to request a ballot in the May Democratic primary.
What do you think of that, eh?
Adding the mysterious voter without a party to our rolls will have some effect on our elections.

- Will it activate young and disenfranchised voters?
- Will it disempower registered Democrats?
To learn more about the justifications for this, register to attend the forum this Monday at 6pm. It is a Zoom webinar. Joel Barker will be moderating and speaking with Brian Smith of the Tribal Democracy Project.
